The Honey Run Covered Bridge was constructed over Butte Creek in 1887 and stood for 131 years until it was destroyed in the November 2018 Camp Fire. Growing up in Paradise, California, I have countless memories of visiting the bridge — swimming, exploring, and enjoying the shade it provided as a natural base camp. Today, it remains an iconic symbol of community and shared memories.
This pendant was originally created as a donation piece for the Honey Run Covered Bridge Association, and I’m now sharing it with anyone who wishes to remember this historic landmark. Funds are being raised to reconstruct the bridge, and this pendant celebrates its legacy while honoring its future.
